Exhibit and Registration Information

 

As a registered exhibitor we will reserve your exhibit booth space which will be located in the Nueces Foyer of the Corpus Christi Omni. The $400 exhibitor registration fee includes one exhibit booth with two side chairs, and also includes admittance to all conference activities for two members of your staff. Your booth will be reserved upon completion of your online registration.  (To be listed in the program materials Registration must be submitted by October 18)

Exhibitor move in: Tuesday November 19, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM 

 

Exhibits open:

Wednesday November 20, 8:00 AM -  5:00 PM, Exhibitor Reception 5:00-6:00PM

Thursday November 21, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Exhibitor move out: Thursday, November 21, 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
