Exhibit and Registration Information
As an exhibitor you can reserve a table top booth space which will be located in the ballroom/session room foyer of the Convention Center. The $400 exhibitor registration fee includes one tabletop booth with two side chairs, and also includes admittance to all conference activities for two members of your staff. Exhibitor move in: Tuesday November 15, 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM (later evening move-in available)
Wednesday November 16, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Thursday November 17, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Exhibitor move out: Thursday, November 17, 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Arrangements for shipping to the Convention Center and on-site electricity/AV must be made directly through the Embassy Suites Hotel.
