Hello, Migrant students!

We are very excited to share with you the information about our 7th Annual AMET Conference Theme Art Contest. The AMET planning committee is looking for artwork which depicts the 2024 AMET Conference Theme, Anchored In Excellence: Rising Together. Rules and guidelines for the art contest are listed below.

The following rules and procedures apply to the AMET Art Competition:

  • The competition is open to high school (grades 9-12) migratory students with a current, valid COE for the current school year.

  • Artwork must be two-dimensional. Artwork can be no larger than 11 inches high and 8½ inches wide. Keep in mind that the selected artwork will be vertical on a program cover.

  • Artwork must be of the student’s own original idea and design.

    • Plagiarism and/or violation of copyright laws is unacceptable, and any artwork deemed to be as such will be disqualified.

  • Artwork must capture and demonstrate the AMET Conference theme: Anchored in Excellence: Rising Together. One winner will be selected.

Accepted mediums for the two-dimensional artwork are as follows:
