The AMET Conference Rate is contracted at the Federal Per Diem Lodging rate at the time of the conference, currently $96.00

*Note: Federal Lodging Rates are published each October.  If the rate changes you may be charged at the newly published Federal Lodging rate (no matter when you make your reservation).

 

INSTRUCTIONS TO RESERVE ROOM:

2.  Select your arrival and departure dates on the Edit Stay line (most attendees will be arriving on Tuesday, Nov 15 and departing on Friday, Nov 18), then click on UPDATE.

3.  Select the room of your choice at the bottom of that page

4.  Complete and submit your payment information

Alternatively, you can call Hilton Reservations at 800-774-1500 to reserve your conference hotel room- be sure to ask for the Association For Migrant Educators of Texas special rate.
 

AMET Conference rate at the Embassy Suites expires Monday, October 24. 
After that date the hotel has no contractual obligation to honor the AMET Conference room rates 

Overflow Hotels will be added when AMET Special Rate Room Block at Embassy Suites Hotel is sold out.
