Essay Tips
Never write your name anywhere on your essay page.
Keep
it short, concise, and personal. The essay is the way the scholarship
committee gets to know you and your story. The essay should be no more
than one page unless it specifies differently on the application.
Be positive, sob stories do not win. Show strength of overcoming obstacles and state your goal(s).
The essay must be typed. Use font size 12 Ariel or Times New Roman, unless other specifications are made on the application.
