The Association for Migrant Educators of Texas (AMET)
would like to invite your company to participate in our Annual Conference to be
held in South Padre Island, Texas on November 10–12, 2010, at the South Padre Island Convention Centre.
Exhibitors
may participate by reserving exhibit space, which includes
an 8 X 10 booth with one table and two chairs. The $400.00
booth rental fee also includes admittance to all conference activities for
two members of your staff.
Exhibitors will have access to setup displays as
early as 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 10, 2010, in preparation for the
12:00 noon opening. The Exhibits will
close at 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 11, 2010.
Additional
sponsorships such as those listed on the Exhibitor Registration Form will be
appreciated and acknowledged in the AMET program.
Please note that your Exhibitor
Registration Form should be returned by October 22, 2010 in order to be listed in the program booklet.
Advertising
is available in the conference program for promotional opportunities. The cost for one-half page will be $300.00
and a full-page advertisement will be $500.00.
