REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Conference dates are November 10-12, 2010
Conference registration fee is required to attend Conference events
REGISTRATION FEES
Conference registration fees include:
- Annual AMET Membership Dues
- Conference Reception on November 10 from 7:45 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.
- Conference Social on November 11 from 8:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M.
- General Conference Luncheon on November 12 from 12:00 P.M. - 1:30 P.M.
Pre-Conference Sessions:
- Administrative Academy
- Counselor Academy
- ID&R Academy
- NGS Academy
- Parent Academy
Conference Registration Fees: $275.00
(Checks must be postmarked no later than October 22, 2010)
Late Registration Fees: $350.00 (After October 22, 2010)
DO NOT mail checks after October 22.
Any registration received between October 23 and November 10 will be considered late registration. Participants need to bring a check or money order with them to the conference.
On-Site Registration Fees: $350.00 (November 10-12, 2010)
REFUNDS—No refunds will be issued; however, substitutions will be accepted.

ALL registrations will be conducted ON-LINE at www.ametx.org.
- Go to www.ametx.org.
- Choose State Conference Registration (Link on the left-hand side—6th link down)
- Read the information and fill in the registration form
- Review registration form for completeness
- Hit the send button
- Mail in your check to AMET or pay with credit card (3.5% credit card processing fees apply)
Once your electronic registration is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within twenty-four hours.
Participants that register after October 22, 2010 must bring a check or money order to the conference.
